The training is practically oriented so that you can immediately start working as a Reflexologist after completing the training with Eric’s unique Holistic Reflexology.

You’ll learn how to

  • Find the crucial physical blockages via reflex points on the feet and to combine the physical treatment with coaching questions so that the client understands the root cause of their physical problems.
  • Guide the client to identify the blocked emotion or behavior patterns and to use breathing techniques and teach the client to understand and let go of the blockage to create effective and transformative results.
  • Teach visualization techniques for the client’s continued healing.

For Whom

The Holistic Reflexologist Education is for you who already work with giving treatments to their clients and want to also being able to offer professional and holistic reflexology treatments.

The training is also for you who have the goal of being able to offer holistic reflexology to others either professionally or privately.

Holistic approach

During the training, you will learn and practice having a holistic approach. It means believing in seeing, feeling, and thinking based on your clients’ wholeness, opportunities, and lifestyle. By finding our own answers to how we want to develop, change and transform our lives, the effect is much greater than if we as experts give advice. Through effective deep questions and treatment techniques, you will learn how to open up new thoughts and plans to your clients. As a reflexologist and life guide, we are skilled at finding important, perhaps underlying causes, patterns and obstacles as well as blockages that help our clients create clear life visions and concrete plans to achieve a change. The training is based on a unique version of reflexology originating from Eric’s Chinese teacher. In addition, Eric contributes with valuable insights and self-developed techniques from his own professional life as a reflexologist, coach, health developer and inspirer. Your educator and mentor Eric Lebert Hirvi is a highly experienced reflexologist, coach, health educator and inspirer who has worked in roles as a wellness consultant, lecturer, treatment therapist, business manager, instructor and self-employed since 1992. For the past 30 years, he has lived and worked in Sweden, Thailand and Greece and inspired many to a completely new lifestyle. That is why he also calls himself a Life Inspirer. In this Holistic Reflexologist Education, he combines the best of his solid professional background with his collective knowledge of people and personal development. He has a unique ability to see the potential in his participants and gives them support to grow based on their unique abilities with the aim of developing their personal style as a Reflexologist.

Education period 2-16 June 2025 at Eric’s healingcenter in Almyrida on Crete, Greece. Price Total cost for the education is 3.000 €

Includes a welcome dinner and cost for transport on 1 excursion day for all participants. (Travel, food and accommodation costs are not included)

  • The treating approach, basic treatment techniques and treatment structure
  • Training on visualization work and breathing technique
  • Managing pain and emotions from sources of problems, blockages and imbalances
  • Learning from case studies

Overview

  • 60 hours of education and training during a 14 day period.
  • Individual practice with Eric at his healing center with his clients.
  • Certificate that confirms that you have passed both quantity and quality in the education.
  • Membership in a network of Holistic Reflexologist trained by Eric.

If cancelled earlier than 30 days before the start, 10% of the tuition fee will be charged. If cancelled later than 30 days before the start, full price will be charged. In the event of illness that is confirmed by a medical certificate, everything except the registration fee will be refunded. I would highly recommend this treatment with Erik. I was suffering from insomnia and stress related symptoms. Even after the first time I felt much better. Eric is deeply knowledgeable and a very compassionate and supportive practitioner. I had only had “cheap” reflexology done at a shopping mall many years ago. It was quite painful. Eric began the session by asking if I had anything I wanted to work on. He was attentive and reflected back all my requests. He began on my feet, walking me through all that is connected in my body for each point. It was very helpful to understand beyond just a googled foot reflexology chart. I had some very big and old stuck patterns come up. I was able to breathe and cry and scream through them with Eric guiding and supporting from a strong foundation. It felt like a very safe environment. I was only in Crete for 2 weeks and I saw him twice. By the session the places on my feet that were painful to slight touch (8 out of 10 on a pain scale) had loosened up to a 2. I was able to practice deep breathing for all the tense places that came up and he gave me some self care exercises to focus on to continue the healing on my own. If I lived nearby I would make his services part of my regular maintenance. Thank you Eric and I look forward to seeing you again next time I’m in the area.

I’ve had reflexology before, but I feel the sessions with Eric were something else entirely. He is undoubtedly very knowledgeable but more importantly (to me anyway) he is kind, warm, a soothing presence, and does a wonderful job of guiding you through the emotions that will come up during the sessions.
