My mission is to inspire people to make more genuine life choices and through my experiences highlight alternative ways of both working and living.
My story
Just over 15 years ago I sold everything, let go of life in Sweden and accompanied my wife Camilla to Thailand. Since then, we have lived alternately in Sweden, Greece and Asia. My life choice has set me free and I have been able to help people change their lives both in terms of health and life choices.
It has been through treatments, either in face-to-face meetings or online or through coaching conversations. I am passionate about helping people to better health, a richer lifestyle and a more balanced life.
